1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any underwear that has been opened, tried on, or otherwise used.
If the original packaging is damaged or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.
If the product is confirmed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
3. Process for Returns
Contact Customer Support: Before sending any item back, please contact us via phone or email with your order information to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Inspection & Processing: Once the returned item arrives and is inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., different size), please reach out to customer support. We may require you to return the original product in accordance with this policy before we send a replacement.
